New Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Effective December 1st, 2021
We require 24 hours notice for change of appointments or appointment cancellations. Should the cancellation be within 24 hours, there will be a charge of 50% of the service booked. Should you simply not show up for your reserved appointment there will be a charge of 100% of the reservation.
Emails and Voice Messages left to the salon after hours of operation will be considered received the next business day.
Please note that we are closed on Sunday and Monday every week.
